The Gruen Cont Air startup from Berlin is developing a sustainable packaging system for logistics. Designed for a sustainable use, it has a pressurization system that optimizes the locking of objects during the intermodal chain.
It is from this specification that I developed a design and communication visuals to explain the different functions.
A first bag is used to hold objects by a pressurization system. The protection of the load is ensured by a second bag encompassing and inflated with air from the first bag.
A valve system ensures the transfer of the air volume. Waterproof and adapted to different pallet sizes, it isvsuitable for standard containers as well as mobile containers.
