The company Keyvany proposes car customizations based on high-end vehicles. From Mercedes G-Class SUV, Lamborghini Urus or Rolls-Royce Cullinan, this tuner modifies the bodywork and also proposes customization for the car interior. (Colors and materials).
As a designer, and in cooperation with the internal teams, we have developed a body kit for a luxury convertible. The elements are the front and rear bumper, but also the hood and the side sills.
In addition, the Keyvany company entrusted me with the management of the production of the carbon body parts. I was in charge of twenty workers and I set up the tools adapted to the management of stocks and production follow-up: Quality, Costs and Deadlines.
The skills put forward were team management, supplier follow-up and quality control of each body part before assembly on the vehicles.
